Instructing counsel in Spain.

When a matter of yours reaches Spain, you post it as a mandate. Lawyers admitted there — and practising in the area you need — see it and apply. You choose one, and the two of you run the work through an encrypted workspace that keeps its own record.

Sending work to Spain

You set the terms before anyone applies.

  • No negotiation step

The fee model and the terms are fixed when you post. A lawyer in Spain either takes them and applies, or does not.

  • You choose without the letterhead

While the mandate is open, applicants are initials and a blurred photograph. You read their jurisdiction, experience and what they wrote, and identities open only when you accept.

  • Then it has somewhere to live

Accepting opens encrypted messaging and file exchange, and every stage and status change is appended to a record neither side can edit and either can print.

Practising in Spain

Or be the counsel they were looking for.

  • Mandates find you by jurisdiction

Set Spain on your profile, add your practice areas, and mandates aimed here arrive in one place. Nothing is matched or ranked for you — you decide what to apply to.

  • One account, both directions

The same membership lets you send work out to another country when a matter of yours reaches one.

  • No commission, ever

Fees are agreed and settled directly between members. Juris Cross is not a party to your engagement and takes no share of it.

What this page does not claim

We have not checked anyone’s bar registration yet.

Identity and bar verification is a separate programme, planned for 2027. Until it opens every member is unverified, no badges are shown, and no mandate can require one. What stands between a stranger and the network today is that a member had to vouch for them — membership is by referral or invitation, not open sign-up.

Juris Cross is a professional network, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or representation, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using the platform.
